So remember that one time when I promised I would blog soon? About that. Where in the WORLD did December go (and November for that matter)? I told Wes the other day that I felt the "holiday rush" ten times more than usual. Weird. Anywho....Happy 2009! It's really here!
Christmas was wonderful, wonderful, oh, and yes, wonderful. My hubby is the best. We actually don't do gifts for each other...that way we're able to put more into the other gifts we get to buy for family and friends and such. Not to sound cheesy, but throughout the year we're truly blessed to be able to get most of the things that we want--so why give to us more the month you're supposed to give to others...yeah? We did get some really cools things...a gas grill for the house we're going to start renting next month (yay!)...LOST and Batman Begins on BluRay...I got a snazzy purse...some fun gift cards and way too much Christmas food and goodies.

Cash's Christmas present was a HUGE rawhide bone--his most favorite kind. He was so excited, as you can see...

New Year's was fun...I have discovered this delightful house wine that Bonefish serves and I tell ya, it goes down like water. I won't really admit how much of it I had...or the bottle I bought after dinner and went to a friend's house and drank the majority (3/4) of the bottle. HAPPY NEW YEAR! :-)
